The KEENAGILE Founder, Deepak, is passionate about implementing CRM technology to optimize customer relationship management processes & has been implementing CRM solutions for over 20 years. He has held senior management positions at product and CRM implementation companies and has worked on multiple CRM platforms including Microsoft CRM, Infor, and SageCRM.
In 2020, he shifted focus to Salesforce.com and founded KEENAGILE to serve customers across North America. Deepak is a Salesforce certified professional with Salesforce Admin, Scrum Master & Salesforce Business Analyst certifications .
